The entire line adopts PLC centralized control. The entire line has reasonable program design, high degree of automation and easy operation. The associated speeds of each section have good connection, smooth operation, accuracy, and good synchronization.
The cleaning and drying machine is the key equipment of the entire line. This equipment can electrically adjust the upper rubber roller, brush roller, air knife, etc. according to the thickness of the glass, and has a digital display. The upper part can be raised to 400mm as a whole for easy cleaning and maintenance. The brush roller is driven by a motor on the upper and lower parts respectively. The upper brush roller is equipped with two hard brushes with a cylinder lift and a soft brush. This arrangement can clean hard LOW-E glass and coated glass. Does not damage the coating surface. Equipped with two pairs of stainless steel air knives, the fan is equipped with silencer cotton and air inlet filter. It has large air volume, low noise and good air drying effect.
The lamination room is equipped with a lamination table, a liftable universal wheel frame, a positioning cylinder, a film spreading machine and a scissor-type suction cup hanger, which is very convenient for laminating multiple pieces and large pieces. After each single piece of glass is positioned, it will be automatically transferred to the front end of the sandwich roller press through the transition conveyor section at high speed, and then automatically change speed to run at the same speed as the sandwich roller press. This will quickly free up space for the next piece of glass to be joined.
The sandwich roller press has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate. The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and gear transmission. Using quartz heating tubes for heating, the whole machine runs smoothly and reliably, and is centrally controlled by the lamination chamber.
