INQUIRY

The laminated glass, a type of "safety glass", consists of two or more panes of glass bonding with one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sandwiched between them and subjected to heat and pressure. The flat glass laminating line is significant for laminated glass production in architectural, interior design and automotive industry.

The automatic glass laminating line consists of glass washing machine, automatic glass loading table, glass tilting table, automatic suction cup vacuum lifter, PVB laying machine, roller press and glass laminating autoclave, etc., achieving fully automatic production and higher production efficiency.

The glass laminating line adopts multiple kinds of heating elements: quartz heating tube, medium wave infrared radiant tube and stainless steel heating tube. The flat glass laminating line features high yield and efficiency, easy operations, reliable performance and high safety. The line configuration can be custom-tailored in accordance with customer's requirements.

Composition

This laminated glass  production line is composed of the glass washing and drying machine, glass loading table, auto positioning device, automatic suction cup vacuum lifter, transition conveyer, PVB film laying machine (PVB film roll holder), glass heated roller press, etc.

HP1600 auto positioning device

The auto positioning device features a horizontal design, made up of machine frame, positioning mechanism, transmission system, pneumatic system, electric control system, etc.

The machine body frame is welded by standard steel materials with a paint coat.
The main drive utilizes chain conveyor, VFD and digital display.
The assembly table is equipped with a pneumatic lifting mechanism and universal wheels. The edges of the table are equipped with positioning wheels for glass positioning.

Suction cup vacuum lifter

· This suspended automatic suction cup vacuum lifter is used for transferring glasses, consisting of overhead crane (travelling track), pneumatic suction cups, vacuum system and electrical control system.

· Vacuum pressure is controlled by the SMC high-precision vacuum generator.

· The lifting of suction cups is pneumatic, reliable and safe.

· Suction cups: 6.

· Vacuum pressure: -0.05~-0.08MPa.


PVB roll holder

Three rolls of PVB films with different specifications can be loaded. The unwinding and rewinding of membranes are manually operated. The changeover of film roller is hoisting replacement.


2500 transition conveyor

The transition conveyor utilizes horizontal frame construction and consists of machine frame, transmission system and electric control system. The machine frame is welded by steel profiles and sprayed with paint.
The transition conveyor uses chain conveyor and the conveying speed is regulated by VFD and can be digitally displayed.

GY2500 glass heated roller press

The glass heated roller press is comprised of the electrical cabinet and loading, pre-heating, pre-pressing (individual drive), 1st heating, 2nd heating, roll pressing (individual drive) and unloading section. After undergoing pre-heating, pre-pressing, heating and pressing, two or more layers of glasses and a PVB interlayer are bonded together to form an initial laminated glass. Imported high-temperature-resistant rubber rollers are able to put uniform pressure on the passing through laminated glass to remove air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion effects between the constituent elements.

· The machine frame is welded by steel profiles and sprayed with paint.

· Main transmission is designed with gear drive, variable frequency control and digital display of speed to achieve precise and easy conveying speed control.

· The heating system features sectional control of heating temperature, precision digital temperature display and automatic constant temperature control. Infrared heating tubes are employed as heating elements, enhancing the heating efficiency and doubling the roll pressing speed.

DN2850 glass laminating autoclave (Ø2.85m×6m)


General description

Glass laminating autoclave is an essential equipment in a glass laminating line. It firmly combines layers of glasses and plastic interlayers through heating, pressurization and cooling process. The glass laminating autoclave consists of heating, cooling and heat preservation parts. The glass laminating autoclave also includes an intelligent control system.

Features

· Energy conservation. Power consumption is 40% lower than traditional autoclaves, but the production cycle is shortened, increasing the energy efficiency.

· Fireproofing. Production processes are in strict accordance with standards. Fireproof protection materials are adopted to prevent fire.

· Fast production speed. Type B autoclave is more efficient than traditional glass laminating autoclaves.

· Cleanness. No waste gas or noise pollution is generated to realize cleaner production.

Control system and safety features

· Manual or automatic control type is available and switchable.

· Adjustable operation parameters. User can adjust technical parameters setting according to the amount, size, thickness of glass.

· Manual door safety interlock prevents door operation while the autoclave is pressurized and mechanical safety relief valve automatically relives the pressure in autoclave under over-pressure conditions.

· A pressure sensor/automatic interlock is available to auto disconnect the power supply for opening door while the autoclave is pressurized. The electromagnetic valve automatically exhausts air under overpressure and overtemperature.

· Unless the staggered teeth of door are precisely matched the autoclave won't start.
