Technical Characteristics
1) This machine consists of a feeding section, a preheating section, a prepressing section, a heating section I, a heating section II, a rolling section, a discharging section and an electric control cabinet. It is used for the initial pressing of glass and PVB film after lamination. For processing, imported high-temperature-resistant rubber rollers are used to roll evenly and exhaust air. Through preheating, prepressurization, heating and pressurization, the PVB film in the middle of the laminated glass is initially bonded to the glass. The glass continuously performs a smooth rolling motion on the roller to achieve the effect of releasing bubbles and firm bonding.
2) The large pressure roller has a dual-purpose flat pressing/flat bending rolling method. The gap adjustment is controlled by an encoder. The display shows the gap between the large pressure rollers. The operation is simple and intuitive.
3) The main transmission is gear transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation and digital display.
4) Large pressure roller transmission mode: independent transmission and chain transmission
5) Transfer roller structure: The optical shaft is wrapped with dust-free asbestos rope/high-temperature aramid rope in the high-temperature section, and the inlet and outlet sections are optical shaft sleeves with "O" rubber rings/full rubber rollers.
6) The heating element is quartz heating tube/medium wave infrared heating, and a temperature control meter is used to display the temperature and operation.
7) The specific configuration is customized according to the actual needs of the customer.
