Huacai heated roller press with forced air convection furnace is used for pressing glasses with PVB membrane in laminated glass manufacturing process.
The glass heated roller press is comprised of the electrical cabinet and loading, pre-heating, pre-pressing, 1st heating, 2nd heating, 3rd heating, roll pressing and unloading section. After undergoing pre-heating, pre-pressing, heating and pressing, two or more layers of glasses and a PVB interlayer are bonded together to form an initial laminated glass. Imported high-temperature-resistant rubber rollers are able to put uniform pressure on passing through laminated glass to remove air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion between the constituent elements.
Technical Characteristics
· Equipment composition. The glass heated roller press is comprised of the electrical cabinet and loading, pre-heating, individual drive pre-pressing, 1st heating, 2nd heating, 3rd heating, individual drive roll pressing and unloading section, suitable for combining the glasses and plastic interlayers in laminated glass manufacturing.
· Machine body frame and appearance. The machine construction frame is welded by standard profiles, subjected to rust and grease removal by shot blasting machine and sprayed with superior anti-corrosion paint, which increase its durability. The heated roller press features aesthetically pleasing appearance and reasonable design.
· Transmission system. Main transmission adopts branded worm gear reducer in combination with steel bevel gear, achieving good synchronization property, stable performance, high efficiency and leading durability. Variable frequency speed is achievable.
· Roller press system. Individual drive roller press system delivers smooth and stable pressing performance.
· Heating system. Forced air convection furnace is used which features sectional control of heating temperature, precision digital temperature display and automatic constant temperature control. Infrared heating tubes are employed as heating elements, enhancing the heating efficiency and doubling the roll pressing speed.
· Lifting system. Heating furnace is detachable and can lift 400mm, allowing for easy cleaning of the inside self-exploding glass scraps and simple maintenance.
· Electrical control system. Motor, fan, transmission, lighting and lifting mechanism are all controlled by the touchscreen and main drive is displayed on the digital readout.
· Temperature detection system. Two infrared detectors are equipped to detect the glass undergone roll pressing. Temperature is showed on the digital display for real-time monitoring.
