3 Control system characteristics and safety protection settings
① Equipped with two sets of operating systems: automatic and manual. After the parameters are set, the whole process will run automatically. Can also be transferred to manual operating system
② Adjustable control system, users can adjust process parameters in time according to the actual quantity and thickness of glass.
③ It is equipped with manual interlocking and mechanical safety valves to ensure that the door will not open when there is air in the kettle. The safety valve will automatically exhaust after overpressure.
④ Equipped with automatic interlock, the pressure sensor will automatically cut off the power of the door opening motor when detecting pressure in the kettle. Ensure voltage-free power delivery. The solenoid valve automatically vents after overpressure and overtemperature.
⑤ Only when the staggered teeth of the door are in place can it start operation.
